Overview

Mindfulness is the process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment. Research shows that children practicing mindfulness has a vast range of benefits, including decreasing anxiety and improving cognitive performance.

Peoply has partnered with Ovio Mindfulness so that week on week your young human can learn new skills to foster focus and reduce stress in the classroom and beyond.


The Ovio Mindfulness programme includes a range of engaging activities that kids love. They learn how to check in with their emotions, be in the present moment and stay calm and at ease.

Exercises are designed so that they can be used in school life and beyond, including the hot chocolate breath and mindful walking!
